At Fleur Luxe, every arrangement is handcrafted with intention and designed to arrive fresh, flawless, and unforgettable.
Order Processing
All floral arrangements are made-to-order. Same-day delivery may be available for select designs and must be placed before the daily cut-off time.
Local Delivery
We offer local delivery within the Birmingham, Alabama area.
Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on distance.
Delivery windows are estimated and not guaranteed due to traffic or unforeseen delays.
If no one is available at the time of delivery:
- Arrangements may be left in a safe location.
- We are not responsible for weather-related damage once delivered.
- If re-delivery is required, an additional fee will apply.
Nationwide Shipping (If Applicable)
Select arrangements are available for nationwide shipping.
Shipped orders are carefully packaged to protect freshness during transit.
Fleur Luxe is not responsible for carrier delays once the package has been transferred to the shipping provider.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delays and additional delivery fees.
Holiday & Peak Season Notice
During high-volume holidays such as Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day, delivery windows may be extended. We recommend placing orders early to guarantee availability.
At Fleur Luxe, each arrangement is handcrafted and prepared with care to ensure it is perfect at the time of pickup.
Pickup Scheduling
All pickup orders must be scheduled in advance.
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation with your scheduled pickup.
Pickup Location
Pickup details and address instructions will be provided in your order confirmation email.
Please notify us when you arrive so your arrangement can be safely brought out to you.
Late Pickups
If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible.
Arrangements not picked up within the scheduled time may affect flower quality, and Fleur Luxe is not responsible for diminished freshness due to delayed pickup.
If same-day pickup is missed without notice, rescheduling may require an additional fee.
Order Verification
A valid order confirmation (email or text) must be presented at the time of pickup.
Final Sale Notice
Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, all pickup orders are final sale once they leave our possession.
